The members of a Roofly team each have specialized roles, but collaboration is key. The Project Manager coordinates with the Site Supervisor, who works closely with the Roofers to make sure the job is done correctly. The Safety Officer ensures that safety standards are upheld at all times, while Laborers and the Estimator support the team by providing necessary resources and managing costs.

Each team member’s responsibility helps ensure that the Roofly project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Their combined expertise results in the successful installation, maintenance, or repair of the roof.
